Cloud Clusters:
Cloud Clusters, short for Cloud Clusters Inc, is a SaaS platform that combines open-source applications with Kubernetes cloud platform. We’ve combined 20 products now and each product has a website that is named in the format of xxclusters. For example,SQLClusters

Cloud Clusters account:
By clicking the “Sign up” button on one of our websites, you can register an official account of Cloud Clusters Inc with your email or a third-party social account. Once you’ve created a Cloud Clusters account, you can start using Cloud Clusters services right away.
Product:
The open-source software Cloud Clusters provides hosting services for. They include MySQL, MariaDB, and more. We support 20 products at the moment, covering categories like database, CMS, CRM,Ecom, message queue, and operations.
Application:
An application is a successfully installed product. On the “My Applications” page, you can see all your applications. They are usually named “product name_ID”. Through our Control Panel, it’s easy to manage and connect to your applications.
Service:
It means specific features in our Control Panel that are applied to manage your applications, such as FTPS and Shell/SSH. In other situations, it means our technical support service.
Application Status:
The status of your applications. There are fours status in general: Pending, Active, Suspended, and Canceled.
Pending: When your application is in the pending status, it is not deployed successfully. In this situation, please try redeploying the application or contact us for help.
Active: it means your application is successfully deployed, and you can manage your application as you will.
Suspended: An application can be suspended because of failure to make payment, violation of ToS, etc. When your application is suspended, you won’t be able to access and manage the application. We recommend that you try paying for unpaid invoices or contact our billing department.
Canceled: The application has been deleted. We normally will keep the last backup of the application for several days in case you need to restore it.
Plans:
We typically provide four plans for our products. Each plan contains a certain amount of resources allocated to an application. Resources from low to high are: express plan, basic plan, professional plan, advance plan. You can upgrade/downgrade your plan with one click as your business needs.
Billing Cycle:
The billing cycle is the period between two consecutive payments for a given application. It comes in monthly, semi-annually, annually, and biennially. The longer the billing cycle is, the lower the price is.
